I’ve spent more than 20 years working in financial and management accounting, bookkeeping, and trust accounting. I’ve worked with small businesses, large hospitality groups, and family operators who just want straight answers and reliable support. That experience shaped the way I work today. Clear communication. Simple systems. No surprises.

I’m a Bachelor qualified accountant, a licensed BAS Agent, and a qualified Mortgage Broker with a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking. I also hold a Diploma in Hospitality Management, which gave me the grounding to work closely with business owners and understand the real pressures behind the numbers.

I started STE Financial to help business owners get more than compliance. I wanted clients to have accurate, timely financials that actually support growth. Not just bookkeeping for tax time, but financial insight you can use. Over the years we’ve built a firm that people can rely on. A team that cares about outcomes. And systems that ensure deadlines are never missed.

As STE Financial grew, one thing became clear. Clients needed support with lending too. Many were ready to buy homes, expand their businesses, or invest further, but didn’t know where to start with banks. That’s why we introduced STE Lending. It gives clients access to both accounting and lending advice under one roof, delivered by someone who understands the full picture.

We’re based in Northern Rivers, New South Wales, and we work with clients across a wide range of industries. Everything we do is driven by three core values that guide our decisions and the way we treat clients.
